Residence "Shelter of the Titans"

Title: Modern Coastal Home Interior - a synthesis of industrial character with warm natural textures

Architecture

The interior unfolds as a chain of interconnected spaces: living room, dining area, and kitchen form a single open zone where strong lines and substantial materials define the house's character. High ceilings and long linear light fixtures create a sense of scale, while abundant glass and steel elements enhance lightness.

Zones flow into one another: from the recreation/bar area to a kitchen with an island and wine storage, then to private bedrooms and cozy baths; large windows and sliding glass doors connect the interior to the terrace and garden.

Materials

Warm Modernism for Coastal Life

Stone cladding and weathered metals: walls and façade elements in dark stone and graphite convey durability and an industrial character.

Warm-toned wood: solid oak and noble textures on panels, cabinetry, and accents add warmth.

Oak floors and stone countertops: a blend of durability and tactile feel; matte or lightly textured surfaces emphasize the Modern-Warm aesthetic.

Glass and steel: partitions, display shelves, and wine racks enhance light and spatial rhythm.

Color palette: warm neutrals - beige, graphite, warm browns with accents of wood and metal; natural fabrics and wool add texture.

BIO-CIRCUIT Systems

Full BIO-CIRCUIT integration: circadian lighting throughout the home - from sunrise scenes in bedrooms to relaxing lighting in living areas and baths; air purification and water filtration with quiet ventilation for bedrooms and home theater.

Underfloor heating and zoned climate control; energy-efficient heating for comfort year-round.

Acoustic isolation: bedrooms, living room, and cinema are insulated for maximum comfort.

Recovery zone: a space for meditation and relaxation on the lower level.

Living Environment

Space designed for socializing and privacy: kitchen as a showroom kitchen with an island and built-in appliances; dining area with a large table; behind a glass partition - a bar with wine storage.

Living room and dining area open to panoramic windows and terraces; fireplace area anchored by stone and metal serves as a focal point.

Bedrooms are calm with warm textures; lighting creates a soft, intimate ambiance; bathrooms offer spa-level finishes with monolithic surfaces, dark tiles, and soft lighting.

Studies, wardrobes, and bathrooms appear as stylish, cohesive accents: metal shelving, wood panels, and warm lighting.

Landscape

Indoor courtyard and balconies extend the palette: glass walls and vertical screens allow light and greenery to flow inside, creating the sense of an extension of the open space. On terraces - landscaped plantings and small gardens that complement the interior.
