CYBER TOWER

The vertical extension of the Cyber Line - a multi-storey tower that brings the formal language and independence philosophy of the CyberHouse to an urban, multi-unit typology. Cyber Tower demonstrates that the faceted aesthetic developed for private autonomous residences can govern a full-scale urban building while maintaining environmental quality.
Architecture
The tower rises as a faceted, angular volume - its surface geometry derived from the same performance-driven logic that defines the CyberHouse series. The facades are composed of interlocking triangulated panels and high-performance glazing, creating a surface that reads as both elegant and protective. At ground level, a sheltered podium with deep overhangs houses the public entrance and commercial programme.
Materials are specified for urban permanence:
High-performance composite cladding panels. Triangulated, self-cleaning, weather-resistant.
High-security glazing. Laminated, impact-rated at critical levels, with integrated solar control throughout.
Monolithic reinforced concrete core. Seismically rated, providing structural backbone.
Weather-resistant ground-floor facade system.
BIO-CIRCUIT Systems - Building Scale
Cyber Urban Line buildings integrate the bureau's BIO-CIRCUIT Architecture specification at building scale:
Centralized medical-grade air handling with per-unit circadian lighting controls.
Building-wide water filtration with point-of-use remineralization in every apartment.
Acoustic separation exceeding STC 60 between units, ensuring true privacy.
Backup energy systems: solar generation, battery storage, and dual-grid connection for uninterrupted service.
Enhanced security: multi-layer access control, secure storage on residential floors.
