HI-TECH COUNTRY HOUSE:

A private residence in the Hi-Tech Line - Wizhevsky & Partners' design line for large-scale contemporary villas where volumetric composition, material precision, and landscape integration achieve the scale of a private landmark. Hi-Tech Villa is conceived as an aperture to nature - a U-shaped enclosure that captures a private horizon.

Architecture

The building rises as a П-shaped composition, its footprint engineered to create a secluded, wind-protected inner courtyard that serves as the heart of the home. Variable-height volumes crowned with flat roofs establish a rhythmic modern skyline. Massive panoramic glazing dissolves the load-bearing walls visually, turning the landscape into part of the décor.

Materials form a deliberate triad - technology, strength, and nature:Cool facade plaster. Pristine, mineral-finished surfaces providing a smooth, light envelope.

Grey clinker tiles. Durable, maintenance-free cladding at base and accent zones, adding textural weight.

Natural timber panels. Warm organic counterpoint on soffits, screens, and terrace elements.

Frameless panoramic glazing. Full-height glass walls erasing the boundary between courtyard and interior.

BIO-CIRCUIT Systems - Performance Living

Hi-Tech Line residences integrate the bureau's full BIO-CIRCUIT Architecture specification:

Tunable circadian lighting calibrated to the Moscow latitude solar curve, supporting productivity during short winter days.

Medical-grade air handling with multi-stage filtration, maintaining cognitive clarity and respiratory health.

Multi-stage water purification with point-of-use remineralization, delivering cellular-level hydration.

Acoustic-rated sleeping rooms with mechanical noise floor below 25 dBA, ensuring deep recovery sleep.

Lower-level biohacking suite: Finnish sauna (80-90°C), cold plunge (2-4°C), infrared cabin, meditation room - designed as architectural spaces supporting daily longevity protocols.

Landscape

The courtyard is designed as an aquatic sanctuary. A central swimming pool stretches across the enclosed space, reflecting the sky and the architecture. A graceful bridge spans the water, connecting the wings - a pathway between active living and relaxation. Extensive terraces and paved walkways extend the living space into the open air.
