RESIDENTIAL QUARTER "QUIET HARBOR"

A residential quarter in the Residential Urban Line - a multi-building ensemble designed as an integrated neighbourhood rather than a collection of apartment blocks. "Quiet Harbor" is conceived as an urban sanctuary: a coherent architectural environment that shields its residents from the noise, pollution, and visual chaos of the surrounding city.
Architecture
The quarter is organized as a perimeter block - residential buildings of moderate height enclosing a central landscaped courtyard shielded from street traffic. The architecture is unified by a consistent material palette and proportional system, but varied in silhouette - stepped rooflines, recessed bays, and projecting balconies prevent monotony while maintaining a calm, harmonious streetscape.
BIO-CIRCUIT Systems - District Scale
Quarter-wide BIO-CIRCUIT specification: centralized air handling with particulate filtration, water treatment, and acoustic zoning.
The courtyard itself serves as a bioclimatic buffer - planted zones, water features, and acoustic barriers reduce ambient noise and improve air quality for all units facing inward.
Shared wellness facilities: sauna, meditation room, fitness studio.
Landscape
The central courtyard is designed as a private park - mature trees, walking paths, play areas, and quiet seating zones. Vehicles are excluded; parking is subterranean. The result is a "quiet harbor" - an island of environmental quality within the urban grid.
